Refunds
We have a strict policy on our eyelash extension products, as they are considered a hygiene product. All products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you have any issues with the product you have received, please contact us immediately so we can work to resolve the issue. We also recommend that you read the instructions carefully before using our eyelash extension products, to ensure that you are using them correctly and safely. As a safety precaution, we recommend that you do not share your eyelash extension products with anyone else. Finally, we recommend that all of our customers only purchase our products from an authorized retailer.
Shipping
At En'Tyson Make-Artistry, we are committed to providing our customers with the best shipping experience. All orders will be shipped on Wednesday of each week. Orders typically take 3-5 days to process and be shipped. Any orders made on Wednesday after 3 am will be shipped the following week. We offer both standard shipping and express shipping through USPS. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the USPS once the order has been shipped. Thank you for shopping with us!
